Company Founded: FreeCipher (Jiaxing, Zhejiang)

On September 11, 2019, FreeCipher was founded in Jiaxing, Zhejiang, China. The team was created around a simple belief: information systems should be reliable, measurable, and easy to operate, not fragile projects that require constant rescue. In the early stage we focused on three fundamentals that most organizations struggle with: stable infrastructure, predictable networking, and practical security. We built delivery playbooks that connect planning, implementation, verification, and handover, so every project can be repeated with the same quality. We treat engineering as a system. Requirements are clarified in writing, risks are recorded, and acceptance criteria are defined before work starts. During delivery we track changes, keep rollback plans, and produce operational runbooks so the final system can be owned by the customer team. For customers, this approach means fewer surprises. Instead of it works on the day of launch, we aim for it keeps working after months of real traffic. We design for monitoring, capacity, backups, and security hardening as first-class deliverables.

Productization is another long-term direction. We continuously summarize common patterns into reusable modules: baseline configurations, deployment templates, and standard operating procedures. This reduces cost, shortens lead time, and makes maintenance safer. We also value transparent collaboration. We keep documentation up to date, share decisions and trade-offs early, and turn lessons learned into checklists and runbooks. This helps both teams move faster while keeping changes under control. What has not changed since day one is our respect for evidence. We prefer clear dashboards over vague promises, and we prefer small verifiable milestones over big risky leaps.
